Printing On AlumaCore™ (aka AlumaCorr™)

We offer high definition, full-color printing directly to AlumaCore™ and other aluminum composite material (ACM or ACP) panels, up to 5' x 10', printed on our UV curable flatbed press. AlumaCore™ signs consist of two pre-painted aluminum sheets bonded to a fluted or corrugated polypropylene core, creating a very strong panel that is much lighter than solid aluminum. Uses

AlumaCore™ sheets are a popular choice for producing rigid short to medium-term printed panels and signs for use both indoors and outdoors. AlumaCore™ can be printed on both sides for use in applications where an ultra-rigid, durable two sided sign is needed. Availability

We can print up to a 5' x 10' sheet of AlumaCore™, single-sided or double-sided. AlumaCore™ panels are available in 5mm, 8mm and 10mm thicknesses and in white, black, blue, green, yellow, red and almond colors.
