Printing On Dibond^®

We offer high definition, full-color printing directly to Dibond® and other aluminum composite material (ACM or ACP) panels, up to 5' x 10', printed on our UV curable flatbed press. Aluminum composite panels like Dibond® consist of two pre-painted aluminum sheets bonded to a solid polyethylene core, creating a panel that is about half the weight of aluminum. Uses

Dibond® panels are a popular choice for producing rigid short to medium-term printed panels and signs for use both indoors and outdoors. Dibond® can be printed on both sides for use in applications where a rigid, durable two sided sign is needed. Common uses for printed Dibond® panels include signs and signage for indoor and outdoor use; point of purchase displays; exhibits; architectural installations and more.

We can print up to a 5' x 10' sheet of Dibond®, single-sided or double-sided.

Dibond® sheets are available in 2mm, 3mm and 4mm thicknesses and in a variety of colors.
