Printing On Foamed PVC

We offer high definition, full-color printing on foamed PVC sheets, up to 5' x 10', printed on our UV curable flatbed press. There are several quality levels and brands of foamed PVC available. Choosing a cheap product can greatly effect the long-term durability of your sign prints. We use only name-brand, high-quality foamed PVC sheets. Uses

Foamed PVC is a good choice for producing economical, yet durable, short to medium-term printed signs and panels for use both indoors and out. Foamed PVC has a smooth satin-finish and makes an excellent surface on which to print high-resolution images. PVC foam sheets can also be printed double-sided for use in applications where a high quality print is desired on both sides of the material. Common uses for PVC prints include short and medium-term signage for advertising and promotion, exhibit graphics for trade shows and events, and graphic elements for point of purchase and other retail displays. Because of the range of thicknesses available, Foamed PVC is a versatile substrate that is adaptable for many uses.

Availability

We can print up to a 5' x 10' sheet of Foamed PVC, single-sided or double-sided.

Foamed PVC sheets are available in thicknesses from 1mm, up to 25mm, and in common colors including white, black, red, yellow, blue, green, grey and several others.
