Printing On Gatorboard® (aka Gatorfoam®)

We offer high definition, full-color custom Gatorboard® printing on sheets up to 5' x 10', printed on our UV curable flatbed press. Gatorboard® is a very strong, durable foam centered board with a man-made veneer face which gives it rigidity and stability that far exceeds standard foam boards. It is available in white, black, natural, and white/black combination sheets. Black sheets can be printed using white and color inks to create interesting visual effects. Uses

Gatorboard® is a popular choice for any application requiring very rigid printed panels. Common applications for printed Gatorboard® panels include presentation panels, temporary and long term indoor graphic signage, large stand up rigid signs, life size cutouts, museum exhibits and more.

Availability

We can print up to a 5' x 10' sheet of Gatorboard®, single-sided or double-sided. Gatorboard® sheets are available in white, black, natural, and white/black combinations.

4'x 8' sheets are available in 3/16", 3/8", 1/2", 3/4", 1", 1 1/2", and 2" thicknesses.

5' x 10' sheets are available in 3/16", 1/2", and 1" thicknesses.
