Printing On PVC Panels

We offer high definition, full-color printing on Sintra® and other foamed PVC sheets, up to 5' x 10', printed on our UV curable flatbed press. Sintra® is a name brand of sign substrate made of foamed PVC. There are several quality levels and brands of foamed PVC panels available. Choosing a cheap product can greatly effect the long-term durability of your sign prints. We use only name-brand, high-quality foamed PVC sheets. Uses

Printing on PVC is a good choice for producing economical, yet relatively durable, short to medium-term panels and signs for use both indoors and outdoors. It has a smooth satin-finish and makes a nice surface on which to print high-resolution images. PVC sheets can also be printed double-sided for use in applications where a high quality print is desired on both sides of the substrate. Common uses for PVC prints include exhibit graphics for trade shows and events; short and medium-term signage for advertising and promotion; and graphic elements for point of purchase and other retail displays. Because of the range of thicknesses available, PVC is a versatile substrate that is adaptable for many uses.

Availability

We can print up to a 5' x 10' sheet of PVC, single-sided or double-sided.

PVC sheets are available in thicknesses from 1mm, up to 25mm, and in common colors including white, black, red, yellow, blue, green, grey and several others.
